I am about to install a remote starter on 2011 F150.

I did some searching on the wiring info. 1 question about the disarming. If the customer doesn't remote start the truck and wants to just unlock. Will it disarm?

I know you can disarm it by remote starting it, by ignition and transponder activating.

Just a thought before I get the truck.

Testing is the key

Search the downloads section for 2010 Ford Disarm. The 2010 and up Fords have to be disarmed a certain way when unlocking.
