Chevy aveo locks
Lock light blue
Unlock white
Here's my problem when you hit lock switch lock wire goes from hot to ground but then unlock goes from ground to hot and vice versa . All the wiring I've found said straight negative and it no worky . It's early and I'm stumped
Ideas?

How do you have your probes when testing... Have you provided a Negative signal to the Wires and thats what you mean "doesnt work"?
The wires are right next to each other in the harness. The purple door trigger is right beside the white wire(Unlock). The harness with the correct wires is above the yellow harness/connector in the kick-panel.

I mean you give it straight ground the door locks do not cycle. Pins 5,6. And they don't work when grounded. It's always the easy ones that get me.
Solution
I had to open lock when unlocking
And open unlock when locking
Weird
