I have a customer that has a viper Responder One. Has had it about 6 weeks. The remote no longer makes tones and usually wont respond back. Is it normal for it to stop making tones when the battery is getting weak? I heard that they have problems with these remote circuit boards. Any ENSITE? Thanks a bunch Guys

Change the battery in one remote cause it stopped making noise and replaced the remote cause the speaker was bad out of the box. Thanks
