Hello everyone,
I am in the process of installing this system in an 07 Acura Mdx. I am doing a W2W setup to leave the data port open for a smartstart install in the future. I have matched up all the wires needed except for the (starter(+)input BLACK/ white) wire from the idatalink module to the python 533 brain. Seems like something simple, but i cant for the life of me figure it out.
heres a pic for reference.

See where it says Remote start. Its in what that harness plugs into.
It goes to the heavy gauge starter wire that is not in this picture.
Should be purple in color Heavy gauge wire.

So that thin wire hooks into that? I do see a purple starter output to starter (starter side) does that wire just tap into that?

The Python 533 has 2 parts, the brain and a satellite relay pack with the high current ignition wires.
The starter wire being referred to is from the relay pack. It's a thick gauge violet wire. That's the wire you would connect to the Starter input of the ADS-AL. That same violet starter wire also goes to the yellow starter wire in the Acura.
