Can anyone tell me the colour and location of the bulb check wire on a 1997 pontiac grand am.I am hooking up the DEI 555L Interface module for the remote start to bypass the Passlock1. I found a black 20guage wire that shows Ground at rest.12volts when ignition is on and ground during crank. The DEI document says it should show ground only in crank.Im wondering if this is the right wire as the module does not work during the remote start sequence but when I start the car with the key the antitheft light disappears and the car starts normally but during remote start the car starts and dies and the theft light is flashing.Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Link to Bulldog security: photo of bulb test:  http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.asp

Fortin lists it as >>>small black wire next to the 2 red 12 volt main power wires.
