I have air horns installed on my car. The first setup I had just had a regular momentary switch and it worked fine. There were two wires- one for each lead of the switch. I wanted to make it wireless so I bought a new switch. This one has 6 leads to plug wires into (in+, com, in- on one side, nc, com, no, on the other side).
I only know basic wiring, and the closest I got to having it turn on the compressors was just having the relay in the switch set off. When I hit the wireless button, the switch throws but it doesnt turn on the compressors.
Can you please help me figure this out? I'm just getting confused. Do you think it would have something to do with the other relay for the horns?
Thanks

OK the switch is the transmitter, where's the receiver?
You've replaced the wire from switch to relay with what?
What's the point of it if the previous set-up worked fine?

The switch it the reciever. there is a separate button on a key fob (wireless).
I wanted to make it wireless so I could basically scare people, ha.

Not that the OP's intent is legal in this country...
I thought it was for the convenience of a wheel mounted button.

Here's the diagram if you have a POS (+) supply to your momentary switch:-

And here's the diagram if you have a NEG (-) supply to your momentary switch:-

NOTE; You're only using one side of that switch.

Let's not even go there, the lad should get out more.
I've always incorporated air horns into the factory horn wiring for convenience.
Let's hope that R/C switch is momentary shall we?

And that it's "secured" LOL! Maybe with a hood pin?
I did the same - st'd horn switch but with an extra on-off, ie - rage mode and country or city mode.
