How I have it wired
Ok, if you click the link above, that is how i have it wired.
on the horn relay:
87: goes to the compressors
86&30: connected to power supply
85: Not sure about this wire here. originally it went to the lead of the momentary switch, and the other lead was grounded.
When i connect the 85 to the IN+, and the IN- to ground and i hit the button, the switch clicks but it but does not trigger the compressors.

Just follow the diagram from my post where it says NEG (-) switching.
I'd have this working for you in about 3 minutes.

Ok. So in your diagram is it:
87 to power
86 to IN+ ....... And jump 86 & 87 together?
Ground common and IN-
85 to NO
And 30 to compressors, which are grounded.
Did I get that right?

I just followed the diagram, and the compressors are always on, the switch does nothing.

Hoping that you also left your original switch in the circuit.
Otherwise you've done something basically wrong and no point proceeding.
I've modified the diagram so that you understand:-

Never mind, I just mixed up two of the wires on the old diagram. Now it works just fine.
Thanks!
