i have a 2003 X5 coming in and the owner wants the compustar to roll-up & down, how do intergrate the two-way compustar to do this feature,and also the heated seats feature, thanks in advance to all who will help

You can't because bringing them down will unlock the car.
The normal trick is to go into the driver's door, switch mechanism, WHITE/ black for lock and blue/red unlock, extend the lock time for comfort close only.
to do both you would have to go to the BCM (or whatever BMW call it), pick up the window motor wires there and add a pair of 530ts.
