2012 Ford Focus Radio Wiring

Done a lot of searching but could not find any information. I have RCAs and remote wire ran to factory radio. I am looking for speaker color codes and switched 12v at radio. Please assist. Thanks, Ryan

This should at least get you started. Test and verify everything before making any connections. I would also suggest using the amp turn on rather than the switched. Otherwise if you have the radio turned off, the amp will stay on and could cause distortion. I am installing just a amp and sub. I believe it is the premium system (it's my brothers car, not mine). I am going to use a line out converter for the speaker to RCA conversion. Is the wiring specs you provided for a base model? Thank you so much for your help. I couldn't find this anywhere.

I think it's the same for the premium but here it is in case:      Battery BROWN / RED (+) RADIO HARNESS      Ground BLACK/ WHITE (-) RADIO HARNESS      Power Antenna YELLOW/ORANGE (+) RADIO HARNESS      LF Speaker (+) WHITE      LF Speaker (-) WHITE/ BROWN      RF Speaker (+) WHITE/ VIOLET      RF Speaker (-) WHITE/ ORANGE      LR Speaker (+) WHITE/ GREEN      LR Speaker (-) BROWN / YELLOW      RR Speaker (+) BROWN / WHITE      RR Speaker (-) BROWN / BLUE       The location is not listed for the speaker wires so it is possible that they are only at the speakers themselves. Where are the rear speakers in that? If you can't find the wires at the back of the radio, you might be able to find them coming from the rear speakers (or the rear door harness if the speakers are in the doors). Either way, make sure to test everything before making ANY connections. These wire diagrams aren't always correct. This one is from techservices.audiovox.com. As far as I know it's free to register (was for me when I did it years ago; not sure if it changed since then).Kenny
