I believe I have everything correct except 2 of the bypass wires. Not sure if I need the foot brake connection(I'm assuming it means the parking brake). Also the tach wire, does it need to be connected with the RS tach wire or instead of?

If I could read any of this the lower brown is the foot brake.
BLACK/ white neutral safety to parking brake if a manual, ground if an auto.
Sorry I can't read the rest please condense.

H1/11     White Parking light output        Pink       Headlight switch, white 13 pin plug, pin 1
**Make sure to change the jumper in the unit to (-) parking lights or you could damage the switch.
11     Black Foot Brake        ??
**Connect directly to H2/17. Connection to the vehicle is not required.
12     Pink Tachometer       ??
**Connect directly to H2/9. Connection to the vehicle is not required.
If the vehicle does not have a factory hood pin, you will have to add a hood pin and connect it to the H2/15. Make sure to test and verify that the remote start does not work with the hood opened.

So I finally put this in last weekend and I'm having some issues.  One change I made, I put a relay on the lock wire to use the factory fob to start the car on the second press of the lock button. Everything else is done per the list above.

Once I programmed the RS and Evo-All it worked perfectly.  I reached in and shut it down by depressing the brake, closed the door and tried it again, perfect.  I went for a short drive and about 10 minutes after I got home I tried it again.  It will turn over but not start. Also, depressing the brake would not kill it, it would try and cycle though to start again. I used the toggle switch on the RS to shut it down.  I figured it was probably a loose wire so I opened it up and checked everything again, all looked good.  Reconnected the Evo and ran through the programming again, again worked prefectly for 2 tests (done in less than 1 minute) but when I came back to it after about 10 minutes the same problem.

So I disconnected the Evo again reconnected and reprogrammed, same thing.  Starts the first time but not after it sits for a couple of minutes.  I think the car isn't recognizing the Evo when it won't start because I see on the dash "key not in vehicle"

Looking for possible solution?

I would contact EVO to see if they know of anything. It sounds almost like the BCM is going to sleep and not waking up soon enough. Try it again but this time after waiting 10min or so, press the unlock button first, then lock it again, then try remote starting it.
Another option is to wait the 10min then open the driver door, close it, and try starting it. See if either of those help.
