Viper 5904 on a 2006 F350 diesel/king ranch. Is there a way to program the viper 5904 so I don't have the dreaded domelight problem using the BLACK/ blue wire(+) for all 4 doors? I know I can program it to arm 30 seconds once the doors are closed which would start once the domelight goes out 20 seconds after the doors are closed. The remote shows a warning when you arm it right away and it seems like the alarm still goes off even though it gives the warning chirp and shows the warning on the screen. This client is going to test all the bells and whistles and if I need to order the directed door trigger part so the viper can wait to monitor the door triggers I will do that but was thinking possibly programming or using the domelight supervision wire.
Any help would be appreciated!
I use this site all the time and love it!!

Your alternative is wiring all separately and programming the Viper for
for the Ford NO locking system.
There are also DEI tech tips for this.

th e BLACK/ blue wire s also the dome light wire. I am also having the same issue even when i arm the truck after its been sitting for a few hours it will arm then chirp saying door is open yet no dome light is on.

It also will remain running while R/S is on and alarm is armed if  I open the doors and trigger the alarm it wont shutdown the motor it stays running brake shuts down hood shutsdown and all doors trigger if opened but stays running. If anybody has any advise it would be great and I dont want to shut off my door open reminder
