can you hook mp3 player to inputs of eq?

yea i definitely sympathize for your situation, its sucks to have anything stolen and to have to go without sound in your car. but, i feel that when a company makes super cheap electronics that will almost without exception die within a few months, to me thats just as bad as stealing, they steal your money and your time. a car is one of the harshest environments for any electronics, between the extreme heat and humidity in summer to ice cold in the winter, the constant bumps and vibration, its just not a place for anything that is poorly built. i normally would never recommend this but maybe shop around at your local pawn shops or maybe the audio shops might have a used unit laying around, when you own a shop sometimes decent radios just fall in your lap because the owner decided to upgrade and they just give me their old unit. who knows you might find something pretty nice thats only a year or two old and get it for a good price.
