I have a Ram that I installed an APS 25C in about a year ago.  The issue I am having is that if the alarm is set before the doors are all closed, the locks will not unlock.  They will  not unlock with the alarm remote or the door lock switch.  If all doors are closed and the alarm is set the locks work fine.  I tried disconnecting the dome supervision wire but had the same result.  Has anyone had this issue, or have any idea what may cause this.  Thanks for any info.

Where and what color wires did you catch for Door lock? Did you use resistors? If so, what values?

Why would you set the alarm BEFORE you shut the door?

I used the purple and light green with a 330 ohm resistor on the lock and 100 ohm on the unlock and as far as setting the alarm before the doors were closed the customer accidentally did it. He knows now to be careful about it but it seems strange that no lock or unlock functions would work even using the door switch.

place the diodes inline with the unlock/lock wires coming from your relays to the purple light green vehicle unlock/lock wire. Here's a diagram:
