Hi I am currently making a door enclosure and I'm wondering how many layers of glass are adequate? and do they make a spray alternative to bondo, just curious.

you will need a coupl layers of mat on the project, it depends on the thickness of the mat and the amount of curves to the panel. i would say if you use the average 1.5 oz chop mat and it is not that curvy you should be ok with 4 layers on top of your mold fabric.
with the spray bondo......yes and no. they make a thick filing primer that you can build as thick as you need, but you will still need to use duraglass/marglass first as a base filler(very strong fiberglass reinforced filler) then body filler, then fiather fill( polyester primer) the primre will be really hard yet easy to sand. you can build it to 1/8th of an inch thick or more. it will fill in 36 grit sanding scratches so no real need to sand much finer than that.
