Hey all,
Probably a simple question for the veterans.
http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.aspx
http://www.readyremote.com/main.asp?make=Honda&model=Accord
Looking at both diagrams, it looks like the factory disarm is 2 wires. The bulldog diagram says to diode isolate. I'm familiar with diodes, what they do, etc.
My question is, do I simply split the disarm wire off of the remote start and toss a diode on to each disarm wire in the car?
Thanks in advance, also, if anyone else has done this car, let me know if there is anything I should look for. I'll be using a DEI 2 way system and a good ol key in the box bypass.

Yes, it should look something like this:

Except the white bands of the diode should be going the other way to give your - pulses.

if disarm negative. the picture shown is incorrect.
if disarm is positive, highly unlikely, than this picture is correct.
the diodes in the photo are backwards for a negative disarm. the sides with the silver bands should be together and connected to remote start disarm, and the side without the bands go to the 2 disarms in the car...!!!

metz is correct. I mentioned this below the photo, but it's kind of hard to spot there.

Shouldn't need any diodes at all, if you take advantage of the multiple extra outputs from the DEI remote starter.
DEI GREEN/ black disarm: Connect to the Accord wire that makes a ground when turning the key to unlock in the driver's door.
DEI GREEN / WHITE arm: Connect to the Accord wire that makes a ground when turning the key to lock in the driver's door.
DEI blue unlock: Connect to the Accord wire that makes a ground when pressing the unlock button on the driver's door panel.
DEI green lock: Connect to the Accord wire that makes a ground when pressing the lock button on the driver's door.
That should be it and done. All you need to disarm Accord OEM alarm is to just pulse the door key cylinder wire.
Besides that, if you're doing a key in a box, the new Accords disarm all by themselves when remote starting. You'd really be connecting your arm/disarm wires just so you can control the Honda alarm when locking and unlocking with the aftermarket system.
