If that was said about me, that is false, I also said momentary. There is only one other person in this thread that replied. I specifically said, just a pulsed output, we do it all the time.

There was great info in everyone's post,but not sure if you got what they were trying to get across.
The wire you are getting on is before the heated seats module, (a trigger)...so you are technically 'controlling' the module/relay by giving it a momentary ground.
This is a LOW current circuit and should be fine connected to your trunk output, or any aux provided by your alarm/rs.
You in theory would press [trunk] on your remote, after the vehicle is started once(LO), twice(HI), and then a third time (OFF).
