Alright, so now everything's hooked up. The neutral safety had to be grounded (it helps if you read instructions sometimes haha). The car fires up with R/S but only when the factory key is inside. The car doesn't detect the key with PKALL (even though I flashed it correctly and had it blink 10 times. I'll check the wiring again; but any ideas why this might be? Thanks again!

If it programmed correctly then it sounds like the PKALL isn't getting the signal from the remote start when to bypass.

Is the PKALL wired D2D? If so, you could try going wire to wire.
