Are Audiobahn amps good?

can someone please help me? ive always had orion amps and loved them. but im not to fond of thier newer stuff. so i was looking at the audiobahn a2300hct amp. it looks great. but does anybody know of this amps quality and punch. im not familiar with them at all. and i really want to know if it performs as good as it looks. thanks

Expensive and overpriced junk.  Audiobahn's build quality is piss poor, and the only reason they are around is because they pour alot of funds into heavy advertising to kids that get all excited about chrome and flame designs.  All I have to say about their looks is bling bling ghetto.

Put them on a test bench, and they suck.  Put them in a car with good (Re: MB Quart PSD or QSD series, JL Audio, Boston Acoustics, etc) speakers, and they fall short and sound like crap to the discerning ear.

If you want some good amps at a decent price - look at Phoenix Gold's Titanium Series, JL's Amps (they even have a new design that is less expensive than the first, that is nearly as good), Xtant's amps, or my favorite - Zapco's C2K lines.

If you want performance - do some research and stick with what is doing well in the competition lanes (Sound Quality comp, not SPL).  I would almost bet you won't find Audiobahn in any serious competition cars.  That should tell you what you need to know...
