Is this amp worth buying?

I know how to tune my amps using a multimeter and do not use the gain as a volume control.

I have currently 4 each Niche audio dual 4ohm, 15's walled, run by a JL Audio JX1000.1D (I hit 143.2db)

My wish was to replace the subs with JL dual 2ohm subs (15W0V2) and get another JX1000.1D

but due to money issues and time I am looking at this amp to run my subs and get some more sound (db)

Please just let me know if these are decent like in the beginning or if they are a PYLE of crap like Lanzar, PYLE and all the others

I was just looking into it too, seem like if you want lots of boom and don't care about clarity then it might be an option. I am looking for both and if clarity is somewhere on your list than crescendo is better. I myself have decided that sundown is my best move. I am assuming you know not to pay attention to the peak rating. if you don't then it is the rms rating you want. I am placing an order tomorrow for the sundown 2500.1. if you are limited to hiphonics it is power hungry. so look at your electrical capabilities.

A 15W0V2 is not a dual voice coil woofer. I am pretty it is only available in a single 4 ohm configuration.

you are correct they are single 4's, but I am more so looking for input on the Hiphonics amp, will I be totally disappointed? I have a 220amp alt, so power should not be an issue and I have a great JL audio 360/4 amp that runs my highs crisp and clear, but I want more power to mu subs.

the big hiphonics amps arent bad for power and durability, its the smaller hiphonics amps you have to watch out for. now as for being disappointed, i couldnt tell you because no one knows what you are expecting to get out of this. you are more than doubling the power so you should get something but if you are expecting a huge 8-10db gain then i dont see that happening, maybe 2-3db max gain just from adding more power with nothing else changed. and you should make sure your current box is a good match for those JL's because if it is not a good match then the grass wont be greener on the other side, the wrong subs in the wrong box and you could end up losing db even with the bigger amp.
