I just installed Viper 5704 in 2003 Dodge Caravan 3.3L. When I remote start the car then steering wheel gets unlocked. In other words, my steering wheel can't be turned and when I remotely start the car then the steering turns freely. Which wire is responsible to lock / unlock steering column?

I have never seen an electronic steering wheel in a Chrysler... most are mechanically driven off the ignition switch. A quick google search found that there may not be a lock on that steering wheel (lock is on the shifter instead)...
