what does it mean when the vehicle is equiped w/ a transponder immoblilizer system

That means that the Civic has an anti theft system that requires the bypassing of a small resistor chip in the head of the key. When the key is inserted into the key cylinder that has the proper resistance , the anti theft system unlocks the ignition system and activates the fuel pump and injectors to allow the car to start. Without the proper resistance, the car will not start. This is only necessary if you are installing a remote starter. If you are only installing an alarm, you do not need this bypass module.

It is a remote start alarm as a matter of fact it's the crime stopper cs 2011rs. Where can I get this bypass module.

You can get it from us or you can get it from any Best Buy or Radio Shack. We sell these for $ 45.00 USD and these are the KEYLESS versions where you do not need a spare key as the bypass so you do not need to worry about a spare key in the car.
