07 ford focus, viper 5704 and pkfm

no should I do pink ignition 1 input/output and red fused ignition 1 input together....? violet output ,green input starter and RED / black fused accessory/starter input together ..???

Pull the 10 Pin connector off the PKFM, insert a key into the ignition switch but don't turn it and then try a remote start. If this remote starts the Focus, the problem is with the bypass. You said you couldn't get it to program so it's a safe bet that it is not doing the bypass function. Did you get a second, unique ignition key?Soldering is fun!
