I contacted Express kIt and this was the response.

Thank you for your report. To fix the disarm issue, you can contact us and use the ALPHA version 3.05, this will resolve the issue.

Regarding the heated seats issue, engineering could work with you to resolve, please contact us to schedule a time window to resolve.
