I know 13 tacoma wht/red 12v constant ignition is capable of handling all these wires, but can I connect H3/9 and H3/6 to -wht/red 12v ign, and the remaining H3/2,H1/1, and relay pin85&86 12V constant to the wht/blue 12v ignition?I've already wired up this way and want to make sure no damage is done to my car by connecting this way.
1:H3/9 (+) Fused Accessory/Starter Input – 12v WHITE/ red - white 8 pin plug, pin 5
2:H3/6 (+) Fused Ignition 1 input – 12v WHITE/ red - white 8 pin plug, pin 5
3:H3/2 (+) Ignition 2/Flex Relay input – 12v WHITE/ blue - white 8 pin plug
4:H1/1 12v Constant – WHITE/ blue - ignition switch, white 8 pin plug,
5:Pin 86 and 87 to 12v-WHITE/ blue-ignition switch white 8 pin plug

I tend to connect H1/1 at a different point but since the input to an ignition switch handles all the power there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't connect all the H/3 constants there.
You haven't said what the relay is for and I'd therefore connect somewhere else, for instance fusebox input thick white.
Test before boxing up.

Yes, that is the correct PKALL install guide to use. Just make sure the PKALL has the latest firmware loaded. ( Ver 4.07 ? )

Excuse my ignorance.., but from what I've read with all similar installs everybody uses a spdt relay.Is that a requirement?I will not be wiring viper h3/5.im following jmats install for viper 5904 and 2013 tacoma.please clarify.

I always wire H3/5 acts as an anti theft and anti grind.
I see what the second relay is for, pink/white heavy duty to ignition 2, H2 violet yellow to 85, 30 amp fused to 86 and 87, 30 to second starter wire.
Terminal 87a not used.
Diode (1N4004)across the relay coil, 85 and 86 band to 86.
Draw the power from the thick white fusebox battery supply.
Actually a 5 pin relay as above is an SPCO but it's used for switching in the above mode.
You really want a 4 pin (no 87a) but the 5 pin type is more readily available. (Radio Shack, auto parts stores etc.)
Test before boxing up.

Typo SPDT = SPCO just different ways of describing the same thing.
