Today I went to start it and my battery was completely dead. Im testing the battery to see if it went just happened to go bad, but I'm worried there might be something draining the battery when its not on. Any thoughts?

After having the battery and charging system tested if both check out. I would do a parasitic draw test to see what your amperage draw on the truck is.

On the remote start harness I hooked up the pink/black relay input to a constant 12v. I think this may be whats causing the problem. I believe that should have been connected to an ignition on 12 v source.

H3/2 RED / white should go to 12v that's the flex relay input
What are you using the flex relay for ?
H3/7 and H3/8 will vary depending on what it's being used for
menu 3 option 8 you can choose what you are using the flex relay for.

To the best of my knowledge only some Toyotas and Peugeots in Europe need that pink/black. Disconnect it.
Test before boxing up.

Yeah I disconnected the pink black one and that was the one drawing the current. That fixed it.
