I would like to change my factory radio that has bose speakers in my suburban. I also have On-Star.
Is it possible to retain all of that and still change my factory radio to an aftermarket Pioneer?

Absolutely, go to metraonline.com and enter your vehicle into the search menu. From there it will list the parts necessary to change the radio but retain the desired functions.
