Have a Kenwood KDC-8003 head unit and use the cd changer plug on the back to access my Ipod via an Xscorpion KEN-IP cable that works great. Now adding an overhead DVD player and want to access its' audio from this same source. Will be adding a Kenwood KCA-S210A switcher to accomplish this. My need/question is where can I purchase a short (2-3 foot)male/male 13pin DIN cbus cable for the connection between the head unit and the switcher? I-net search returns only long cables to allow for cd disc changer trunk placement. Can someone steer me to a vendor who either offers short changer cables or can custom make one? Thanks in advance for any help with this!

Switcher has been a discontinued item for several years now so only ones available are from ebay, etc. They all have either no cable or are supplied with 15 foot or longer cables since these were typically mounted in the trunk with CD changers. I will mount mine under dash just behind head unit, hence the need(desire)for a short cable.
