Parking lights (+) feeds fog light switch feeds (+) to fog light relay pin #86 with ground on #85. Pin #87 to +12v, #30 to the fog lights (+) themselves. Fog light ground to chassis/ground.
Is that what you need? If so I hope it's clear enough.
I should add for relay activation and the fog light switch you can also go backwards. Parking light (+) feeds pin #86 on fog light relay, pin #85 (-) goes to the fog light switch, other side of switch goes to ground. In this configuration the fog light switch supplies ground to the relay, the parking lights supply +12v. When you have both power and ground the relay activates and like magic you have fog lights.
