Already posted but I can repeat here:

Finally connected w/ Compustar tech support & quickly resolved. I completely forgot that in order to start, the remote needs a momentary squeeze followed by a 3 sec squeeze. Reason is CM6200 'brain' needs a 'wake up call' before it can respond to a start command. ALL GOOD NOW!

Your first effort should be contact your installer, if known. Second is have all your info (vehicle, Compustar model #s etc) and contact Compustar tech support. I've lost the contact ph #; Google is your friend. Good luck!
