viper 4105 brain red light flashing

Hi All,
I just install viper 4105 one way remote starter on my 2001 dodge diesel automatic,truck start ok but parking light and horn does not come on, i have connect parking and horn wires,the red light is blinking regularly on the brain and does not allow me to go in programing mode please help me how I can reprogram this one, does this red light is ok to blink or I have done something wrong please help me.

 I follow how you said it work fine now no blinking light but I cannot programme manu2, opt3, feature10, which is time delay for 30 second when i try first 2 places it honk the horn twice but when I do the third time it honks 2 time but last honk get longer and it does not doanything no programe.
My another issue is the parking lights I have hook up main harness no 9 white wire(+/-,light flash output) to truck BLACK / YELLOW(+) at headlight switch, when I remote start the truck it start ok but parking lights does not come on please help me to solve this problem.

Did you check the setting of the Viper 4105V's Parking Light jumper on the side of the controller next to the Red 4 Pin D2D port.  It should be in the "+" position.

thanks for reply, no I have not checked it I will check it tomorrow, for the engine delay I tryed to program it but it does not go after 2nd option, should I use delay relay for it.

I use a BitWriter, so it's very easy to change any option.  On the Diesel Wait to Start feature, Menu 2, Item 10, the BitWriter gives second by second increments up to 90 seconds...

Thanks for reply, the jumper was taped to the RS module it installed it on the module as directed, I have removed the transfer case from the truck for rebuild will be done tonight I will give you update tomorrow.
