Hey Everyone,
I want to relocate my amp to a certain spot, but my RCA cables do not reach. I was curious if adding something like http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=104&cp_id=10429&cs_id=1042904&p_id=7179&seq=1&format=2 and another RCA cable. Is this a bad idea or should I be fine.

Yes that is what you need to join 2 RCA cables. Commonly known as a Barrel Connector.

you could also buy a patch cord that has males on one end and females on the other.
that would make one less "connection" along the way.
anytime i have daisy chained rca cables i like to place a piece of shrink tube over the connections to help them from coming apart by accident in the future.
