If this 2004 Dodge ram has a black key is there a transponder? Or do all 2004s have them...Have not had a chance to see the truck yet!!!!!

I have yet to see a dodge that year with a black key and a transponder

Installed a 4103 Avital on a Dodge Ram...I am getting a ABS and Brake light on the cluster on in remote start...Powered the two pink wht and pink grn ignition wires and the dark blue accessory at the switch. Tested and had the correct drops in voltage. Starts fine with the remote start, just the two light. Must be missing a wire in the ignition harness????

Definitely missed an ignition or acc Wire. Those trucks have a lot of ing and acc wires

From ready remote

Ignition pink/white + ignition harness

Second Ignition pink/lt. green + ignition harness

Accessory dk. blue and pink / YELLOW (16 AWG) + ignition harness

Second Accessory pink / YELLOW (14 AWG) + ignition harness

From bulldog security

IGNITION 1 PINK/WHITE (+) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

IGNITION 2 PINK/LIGHT GREEN (+) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 1 DARK BLUE (+) See NOTE *8 @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

NOTE *8 On some Full Size Trucks with Climate Control it may be necessary to connect (3) extra Accessory wires. PINK / YELLOW 16 gauge & PINK / YELLOW 14 gauge and the DARK BLUE Accessory #1 to turn on the A/C Compressor.

Also Not sure on the full-size dodges but I did a Dakota recently and had to power up key sense to keep the factory alarm from going off while the truck was running

Small guage pink / YELLOW needed to be powered.... Works great now..Thanks for the help!!!
