its positive trunk release. Should have used an idatalink ads-alca or fortin evo all. If you didn't run wires into the doors for arm/disarm; good luck starting the car without the factory alarm going off.

Hey everyone,
I finally went back and installed the factory disarm wire. It seems to work completely fine however, I'm running into to an issue where my 2 way remote picks up the signal that my door is open when I hit the unlock button. All the doors are close and the wires are connected correctly... My work around is to put the key in and turn the ignition once. After I do that... My two way remote does not see the doors are open when I punch unlock.
However, if the alarm were to go off, I would hit lock or unlock to turn the siren offs... I would have the same issue where the 2 way remote gets the open door signal when I unlock and I would have to put the key in to clear it.
The lock/arm works completely fine with no issues. I've also check to see if the door trigger wires are correct and there's no problem there.
Thanks!
