Hi!
This is for a 1997 Chevy Tahoe.
Relay for High & Low Beam Headlights together when High Beam selected.
This Tahoe has HID LOW BEAM Relay [# 1] Modification too!
*** LOW BEAM with HIGH BEAM - RELAY *** #2to keep Low Beams ON
85 - Relay Ground
86 - Relay Positive ~ From High Beam wiring Lite Green
30 - To ~ HID Relay 86 Relay Positive - [Common]
87 - From High Beam wiring LITE GREEN - [ N/O ]
87a - From Low Beam wiring TAN - [ N/C ]
*** HID LOW BEAM RELAY *** #1 to handle Voltage drop issues from DRL circuit
85 - Relay Ground
86 - Relay Positive ~ From [30] LOW BEAM with HIGH BEAM - RELAY #2 "or" From [87] ***AUTO LED or LOW BEAM RELAY*** #3 ~ SEE #3 BELOW
30 - From [in-line 20amp Fuse] via AUX Battery Post # A on Main Engine Fuse Block - [Common]
87 - To HID Ballasts Positive wiring RED - [ N/O ]
Also...
If you want to be able Run just LED Running Lights without using HID Low Beams in the Day Time use this Relay setup...
*** AUTO LED or LOW BEAM RELAY *** #3 to Auto Select HID Low BEAM or LED as Day Time Running Lights
85 - Relay Ground
86 - Relay Positive ~ From Running Lights wiring BROWN
30 - From ~ Low Beam Power... TAN - [Common]
87 - To [86] Relay Positive *** HID LOW BEAM RELAY *** #1 - [ N/O ]
87a - To LED Lighting AND TO via Diode ---|<--- 86 on this relay - [ N/C ]

I did a simple drawing of something similar to this a few years ago for someone working on a 95 suburban. It did not take into account DRL's thought. This may help anyone looking.
