single 12 vented into mustang rear glass

Looking to do a single 12" Mmats pro series into back glass of my 2014 mustang gt, being a coupe it is around a 45* angle. I will build enclosure and cut out the area for vent and sub and mount to rear deck from underneath ( inside trunk ).
Do you think I will have issue with port and sub firing directly into glass?

That should sound pretty good. I see no issues aside from deck rattle, which is easily combated.
