I recently installed a Viper 4806V 2-way remote start unit and DBALL2 into a 2007 Lexus ES350. Everything seems to work fine with the exception that when I have the driver's door open and I remote start the car, it will try to start the car 3 times. Should it be doing this? I thought if the trunk, hood or any of the doors are open, it should not have try to start when I push the the remote start button??? Please can someone please help explain this to me? I thought by hooking up the door trigger wire it would solve the problem? But it didn't.
