Lock/Unlock Doesn't work :( -- posted image.

Today I've installed car alarm on my 2001 Honda Civic. Well it works great, but I have a problem with lock/unlock feature.

I have a two wire lock/unlock on my car. Negative output on both wires, when I connect them both from alarm, it doesn't work at all, when I connect lock wire into the connector, doors lock when I turn on the alarm, but when I turn the alarm off they don't unlock, when I switch the wires doors don't lock when I turn on the alarm but they do unlock when I turn it off. I've tried everything mixing the two wires, etc, I think I need some sort of relay or something.

If any of you experts out there could suggest something, I greatly appreciated, I just don't want to go to shop and have them charge me $200 for doing it for me, I found few diagrams on the net, please give me some suggestions if you have any,

thank you.

I don't know the manufacture of alarm system, but it has LCD and 2way alarm, here's the link to the alarm page --> http:///.com/dll?ViewItem&item=3023734331

p.s. here's the diagrams,

Lock/Unlock Doesn't work :( -- posted image. Actuators / Reverse Polarity
This is practically identical to the 5 wire alternating 12V(+) system above. The only difference is there's no switch! Both motor legs rest at ground at the relays. To lock or unlock the vehicle, polarity is changed on one motor leg.

first that relay diagram is all wrong..
You need to trigger those two wires with ground.
so tap one of the wires with ground and then the other with ground.
that should lock then unlock your doors or vis versa.
if you can't do this then you will never be able to make it work. (make sure when you do this you have both doors shut. You should do this with a test light they cost about 6 dollars.
You should then hook up relays that are NEG. OUTPUT and negative input Tigger. O you didn't bother telling me what type of alarm you have and if its negative trigger ouput. Really probubly don't need relays but I don't know how crappy your alarm really is that does what your telling me.
( I am an installer for 15+ years with 5 college degrees in electronics) 200 bucks is not much. Really they will only charge about 100 bucks....
some honda use a facroy alarm in the radio. This may affect you and it may not.Lock/Unlock Doesn't work :( -- posted image.

You shouldn't need a relay for the Civic as the door locks require a low current to operate. Check with a DMM or light tester to ensure that your outputs on the alarm are pulsing a (-) current. Check both of them and also some systems have a polarity selector wire that needs to be hooked up. Check with your diagram and instructions to make sure that you have this wire grounded.

Ok..........

I hook up the two wires from alarm to the lock/unlock wires in driver's kick panel. I have white and WHITE/ black going from alarm, they are both (-) currents. I also have blue and green wires going from alarm, when I cross any of the white wires with blue wire, lights come on, so I guess that the blue wire is the polarity selector and needs to be grounded, I allready have two wires grounded from the alarm unit and two wires on 12v connected.  Or maybe it's a crappy alarm system. Sounds like you have an alarm with onboard relays.
If that is the case, hopefully you haven't already fried your circuit board.
If you do have on-board relays:
In your diagram, it should list door lock motor wires (2 - lock and unlock), door lock switch wire (2) and door lock polarity wires.
Ground the polarity wires, don't use the switch wires, and connect the motor wires to the corresponding lock and unlock wires in your car.
Good luck.
