i want to make a led flashlight with 5 3.4 volt leds, but only use 2 d batterys which will only get me 2.4 volts is there a way to turn up the voltage?

2 d batteries == 3 V (1.5 each) . you can increase the voltage. but i wouldent bother 3v is close to 3.4 see how bright it is as is.
