have a 2005 F150 installing viper5706v W/ dball2 mod D2D is flashed and when following the instructions on how to program the DBALL2 into the truck i insert key1 turn to run for 3sec remove key1 insert key2 turn to run for 3sec then remove key2 then mod led starts flashing orange i then hold the program button on mod and hit the remote start button truck cranks for a split sec and then stops then the mod led starts flashing RED / orange and never stops until i let go of the program button the led turns solid red again im confused on how to get past this problem

The problem was the way the instructions were printed out they Say to put ignition wire on the wire that is on the viper alarm that is incorrect the ignition wire for the dball2 must go on the ignition wire that is in the vehicle

Glad to here you got it sorted. Basically your programming a 3rd transponders to the Vehicle, sometimes it is required to not allow the remote start to actually crank the vehicle while doing this by leaving the remote start starter wire unhooked from the vehicle until the DBALL2 has been programmed.
