I recently did a remote start install on a client's 2011 Dodge Challenger PTS w/ the V6 and am having an issues. The engine often misfires (sounds like it's spitting) when I initiate a remote start. Sometimes, it does it once then cranks fine the 2nd time around.
We used a Fortin Evo-All (standalone) paired w/ their RF kit. The customer NEVER has this issue when they start the car w/ the factory keys normally.
Any ideas? Anyone experience a similar issue?
I went ahead I ordered a T-harness (I normally splice into my wires) to confirm if one of my connections might be bad...
