Looking for the tach wire to connect my viper system to for remote start purposes and also slightly confused on setting up the viper system to use the tach wire 2005 f150

Any wire that is NOT RED or RED / LIGHT GREEN (AC) at the Fuel Injector.

You will also need to change it from (voltage sense) and set it to tach input and then program the tach as in the installation manual.

If you have it connected to tach, and program the system it will automatically change from whatever setting to Tach.

1. That doesn't always work, sometimes it will fail to program if you don't switch it first.
2. I have had this problem a couple of times myself and until I switched it, it wouldn't program the tach.
