Talk about really crappy bad luck.  Why me?   I must have offended the audio gods big time. Can anyone help me with information about getting a second cd out of a one cd cd player? My son put a second cd into the cd player jamming the eject button, breaking the radio, and causing error messages to flash.  Somebody removed with flashlight and plyers one of the cds for me.   However, the eject still doen't work and the error messages will not quit and the radio is still broken.  It actually acts like the unwanted second cd is still in the player.   Do I need to reset the cd player? How do I take out the cd player?  The Honda dealer rep said it will cost about $250 to send the cd player to Denver for repairs. The bad news... it will take 10 days to get it back.  Do I dare try to fix this myself?  Is this something better left to the dealer?  I leave for a road trip in 48 hours!!crv cd player -- posted image.

you have to open the top on it, which means you have to either take it to a shop or pull the radio out and do it your self. if you do it your self makesure you have the radio in the on position if you remove the factory wire harness. reason! if you have a radio (factory) it may have a security thing built in but hey good luck that sucks.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.
