As a Field Technician, you will be working with fleet customers, ensuring that the technology we support is installed and functioning properly in both light and heavy duty vehicles. Potential candidates should have professional experience installing mobile electronics; this includes GPS equipment, car alarms, 2-way radios, etc. This position is for a Field Technician, performing service at the customer's site and some occasional overnight travel may be required. Field Technician Job Description: The objective of the Field Technician position is to deliver timely installation and service support to Advanced Fleet Solutions customers operating in specific markets. The focus of this position is to ensure that supported hardware solutions are working in accordance to documented specifications. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 12 volt installation experience (auto alarms, car stereos, auto cell phones etc...) is required. Fleet Installation experience is a plus. -Strong customer service experience. -Problem resolution experience required. -Ability to work independently. -Must have basic computer skills such as scanning documents, using email, spreadsheets, etc. -Clear written and verbal communication skills are a necessity. -Must possess a Valid Driver's License and have a good driving record.
