I would go with The Kicker 1200.1 or an MTX 81000D(1501D) because they will push more powr then the JBL 1200.1. Because your looking at 2 amps that can draw 150 amps of current(and run around 1800 watts of power) as apposed to the 1200.1 that draws 120amps(and about 1500watts). From there pick you subs and go with a poted box, thats really the only way you can go when competing in spl unless you have team gates bronco. Also consider an alternator because a cap is like a bandaid it will help some but it won't fix the problem you will definatly want to consider a high out put alternator and some 0/1 gauge wire.

thanks ..I think im gona go with kicker..im stil not sure if there is a sigificant difference between 1 ohm and 2 ohm on this amp/...from there i will determine the subs i get..
