I’m trying to figure out what connections I need to make to get this pke system to work with my alarm and bypass. The port for the d2d cable was different on the flcan but I looked up which pin was which for TX, RX ground and power, spliced the correct wires together but all it would do is disarm the alarm (I would hear the siren chirps) when I got in proximity it wouldn’t actually unlock the doors. Does anybody have any experience with this combination? What else do I need to do? I assume I would follow a modified version of one of these diagrams: http://mediacdn.shopatron.com/media/mfg/3266/spec_file/200913809.pdf
Thanks

Ok, well if nobody can help with that, how about a relay? I installed some accent lights under the dash and want them to come on with my dome light so I wired them up to a relay on my negative dome light trigger but my dome light dims as it goes out so my relay makes a weird noise every time they turn off. Is there a way around this?

Here is one possibility for your light fade voltage problem :
Search on EBay for " DVM-A/12V "
As for the PKE issue, you could switch everything over to W2W. That way you could easily add in the door lock output from the PKE unit to the FLCAN input wires and shared by the Viper lock output wires.
Soldering is fun!

Thanks Kreg! You helped me last time too. I should be able to figure out the relay but as far as w2w goes I guess I’m just confused as to what door sense means. On the pke that’s what it’s labeled, either + or -. Do I hook that up to the key sense on my vehicle or the door unlock or both? It would be great to be able to use the pke fob in place of the oem if that’s possible. Is the keysense wire in my vehicle what controls the reading of the proximity of the fob? The pke unit came with its own antennae but my vehicle already has that feature with the smart key. Wondering if I could program the pke to the same frequency so the vehicle reads the directed fob as the original? Thanks so much for taking time to help. I work on high voltage, if you ever need to hook up an emergency battery back up to a light fixture or something like that I can help!

Door trigger is/are the wire/wires that change(s) state when a door is opened. It should be either + or - (when a door is opened), so you won't need to connect both + and - input wires, just one.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
