Compustar Slice Jr RF remote

Hello all - looking for help. I purchased a car that had the following setup already installed: 2013 Prius PTS, Fortin EVO ALL, COmpustar SLice Jr. remotes, ANT-2WSP antenna, connected via idatalink 2 CS (FT-D100). I had the windhsield replaced, none of the remotes or remote start worked. I master reset the system, got the OEM remotes working, but cannot for the life of me get the Slice JR RF remotes working again. I can get into the RF programming funstion on the EVO ALL (Red and Blue LEDs, turn ignition on and amber LED comes on as well) but I get no confirmation when trying to push the buttons to program the RF remotes. Was hoping someone here may know of something I am not doing. Please help if possible. Thanks.

For clarification - battery to the car was disconnected. Remote worked fine before the work was done. Antenna was also unplugged. No visible damage to antenna or wire.
