sounds fades/cuts out

My sound seems to fade/cut out during the day..this seems to happens when I am applying the brake and have the turn signal on. Also when using the power windows. I have a nice big wire (not sure of the size) from the battery to a distribution block to the trunk. Two Jensen amps, a 400 and 600 watt run off it. Someone I know said to check the power source for the deck, this is hooked to the radio fuse in the factory fuse block, also he thought maybe the output voltage from the rca output might be low. My total system consists of a cheap Roadgear cd deck, a Leagacy 12 band eq, with front rear and sub outputs. There are two front 6.5 speakers in the doors, two 6x9s in the deck and four 2inch tweaters in the dash, all Pyle Driver, and two Phoeinex Gold 15inch subs in the trunk. The speakers are all wired correctly, with the tweeters in a series/parrell config to a bridged amp output, and the subs parrell to a bridged amp output. The "loss of sound" I seem to have most is from the front and rear speakers..and I assume the rest also, as sometimes it almost dies out. From what I have read, I dont think I need a cap, I think I need to check the power source for the deck and eq, and maybe do I need a "line driver" to up the volatge for the rca cables?

How are you connecting the speaker? A very common problem that people do is twisting the speaker wire on to the speaker rather than using speaker terminal clips. The sound will fade in and out when ever you go over a bump because of the loose connection. Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.

I have soldered all connections, and have female terminals on the speaker wires.. I am 99.99% sure it isnt a loose connection. I have done installs before, this being my "largest" ... thanks for your input!

Check your amp turn on wire, if it fades out while using your turn signal or windsheild wipers it could be losing voltage. If thats the case go to an accesory wire under the steering column. Also try just your radio and one amp on your system and see if it still does it, then try just the radio.Another thing to consider is a new radio and eq. Or at least hooking up a different radio and seeing what happens.Roadrage stuff is just something to stay away from, it's like voodo on your system.PAIN Hz
