Accessory Wire in 2012 Dodge Caravan?

Hi. I'm looking for an easy +12v switched accessory wire in my 2012 Dodge Caravan. I will use it to power a dashcam, which draws about half an amp. I've read through the https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=134484, but I'm still having trouble. From what I can tell in those guides my only option is the pink/white on the ignition harness (because this vehicle uses canbus to turn on the accessories). But that ignition harness is harder to get to and kind of overkill for my 500ma accessory? There is a harness/plug right under the dash that is easy to get to. Is it save to probe here and find something that is +12v with the key on and use that? I do have a 3A fuse inline with the wires to my 500ma USB adapter. Safest place is the cigarette lighter socket. If your lighter is constant, there is a fuse in the fusebox that you can move into another position to make it switched.

Good idea. I took the console open (it's easy, one hard tug) and could see the positive wire to the switched socket was red & blue. Then I confirmed by pulling the fuse that the red & blue wire in the harness I posted earlier was the same wire. So I was able to tap it there in the harness. Super easy.
