JOB DESCRIPTION: Technicians are responsible for the Installation, removal and monitoring of Ignition Interlock Devices. Installation requires familiarity with automotive 12-Volt systems and the Ignition source/ wiring harness. Must have good social interaction, and communication skills. Basic computer skills and attention to detail are a must. Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting issues (vehicle and device) that pertain to the malfunction of the device and/or its wiring or the vehicle. Other duties include working with customers to insure quality customer care, keeping safe clean work environment, and any other duty that helps the company to be efficient, organized and profitable. QUALIFICATIONS • Technical knowledge of automotive 12-volt systems • Good customer relations skills and communication skills • Basic computer skills • Ability to work well in a Team environment • Background check (No Felonies) ABOUT QuickStart Ignition Interlock is an Arizona Department of Transportation Certified Ignition Interlock Installer.
