I have a 2011 Ford Fusion SE & am looking into having a remote car starter installed. Which is better?
Viper DS4+ or Compustar RS1B-DC3
There are some differences. Viper has slimmer remotes while Compustar has rugged remotes. Someone on another forum said Compustar was better because it had the high relays that Viper didn’t.
Both can be upgraded to 2 way. Viper 2 way can go up to 1 mole while Compustar can go up to 3 moles on their. 2 way. Any suggestions?

Both of those units have high current relays so that’s a moot point. As for the remote selection, if you want more than a mile range just to a telecommunications module like smart start or drone. I personally am a big fan of the HC series idatastart units, but viper and Compustar are both very reputable and should give you great reliability
